you know, from what i've gathered from the few years i've been a member of DA, there are quite a few ways to become famous in the community, having thousands of watchers and more DDs than you can count with one hand:

1)Make really great art, the kind that makes you take a step back to really admire it.
2)Socialize a lot. Like, A LOT. Give favs away like they are bussiness cards, and make 200 comments per day, even if they're only "Cool"
3)Post nude pictures. They don't have to be of yourself and and the don't have to be good. The better the bodies of the subjects the more pageviews you'll get
4)Post pictures of cats. People like cats. They don't have to be artsy, cats are artsy by themselves. The funnier the picture the better.

So, since i'm too bored to socialize, i keep the nude pictures in prints only, and i can't make Da Vinci-class art [yet], i figured i should try the cat thing. So the next few devs will be of cats. If you feel you can't take it, then feel free to...heh...well feel free to do something else [i can't think of anything]. I'll get back to you when i win a DD for one of my cats.
